Set in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado during the height of autumn, the film observes the landscape as it exists in this season. Aspen groves stand fully turned to gold, elk gather in open meadows during mating season, and trout move steadily through cold mountain streams. Traveling through roads, lakes, and high country terrain, the documentary presents a series of observations shaped by the rhythms of fall.
Note:
Stories from the Road: With Jaswant Dev Shrestha series intentionally uses no musical score. The film is shaped through natural sound, environmental rhythm, and silence, allowing moments to breathe without musical guidance. This approach reflects the series’s commitment to truthful, observational storytelling.

At McIntosh Lake in Longmont, Colorado, a great blue heron hunts for breakfast in the quiet hours of early morning. Through careful observation and restrained narration, the film follows a single, uninterrupted moment in the natural world, where patience and instinct guide each movement. As the heron moves through the shallow water with focus and precision, the film lingers on the stillness surrounding the act, allowing the event to unfold without intervention. This short wildlife documentary presents a fleeting encounter along the road, offering a quiet reflection on attention, balance, and the rhythms of nature.

Set in the southern countryside of Portugal, A Life Entangled in Barbed Wire follows an unexpected moment encountered during a road journey. What begins as an early morning drive becomes a quiet interruption when a Western Marsh Harrier is discovered trapped in abandoned fencing under rising summer heat.
Through observation and narration, the film documents the careful choices that follow — stopping, offering water, seeking assistance — as the travelers navigate limited resources and uncertainty. Without urgency or spectacle, the story unfolds through small, deliberate actions shaped by responsibility and care.
Part of the short-form nonfiction series Stories from the Road, the episode reflects on how minor detours can carry lasting consequences, and how human presence in the landscape can both endanger and protect the lives that share it.

This film intentionally uses no musical score.

„This Life” is a personal travel documentary filmed on the island of Mallorca. Through fragments of airports, streets, architecture, landscapes, fleeting moments, and quiet observations, the film captures not only a journey through a place, but also a journey through a state of mind.
Travel has a unique way of reminding us how extraordinary ordinary life really is. It teaches us to slow down, to notice beauty in simple moments, and to realize how much we often take for granted.
This film is my expression of gratitude—for movement, for love, for the chance to discover the world, and above all, for the simple privilege of being alive. Sometimes the greatest destination is not a country or a city, but the moment when you stop and truly appreciate your own life.

All About Samegrelo' is a graphic design diploma project created to visually explore and highlight the rich cultural heritage, unique identity, and traditions of Samegrelo, one of Georgia’s most distinctive regions.
Designed entirely through a graphic lens, the project translates the region’s history, local authenticity, nature, and cultural nuances into a modern visual narrative. Utilizing graphic elements, custom illustrations, and thoughtful layout design, the work delivers an informative, structured, and aesthetically captivating experience.
The core concept stems from a deeply personal connection to the region and a desire to create a valuable, inspiring resource. Beyond showcasing Samegrelo, the work was conceptualized with a broader vision: to serve as a catalyst for other creative students to visually map different regions of Georgia, ultimately building a collective graphic archive of the country's diverse cultural landscape.

The essence of my project is simple. I believe that everyone should occasionally visit their own city as a tourist, so they can discover many beautiful places along the way that they had never even imagined. I played with this idea like this: an artist is sent into the city to get to know it better, to experience and see all the beauty of the place where she lives, and along the way he makes sketches.

Guruli Suneli making video is a cinematic tribute to the living traditions of Guria, a region in western Georgia where heritage is preserved not in museums, but in family homes, gardens, songs, and shared meals.
Together with my daughter, we prepare Guruli Suneli, in the backyard of Kintikara Retreat Space, the region's beloved aromatic spice blend, using herbs grown in our garden. We grind the herbs by hand in a traditional stone mortar, following techniques passed down through generations. As we work, we sing Gurian folk songs together, celebrating the famous polyphonic tradition that has long been the heartbeat of our region. In these moments, cooking becomes more than preparing food - it becomes an act of remembering, teaching, and belonging.
The film shows how knowledge is passed naturally from parent to child, through shared work, music, laughter, and everyday rituals. Every handful of herbs, every note of song, and every stone in the old courtyard tells a story of resilience, identity, and love for the land.
This film invites viewers into a home, where culture is lived every day and where the spirit of Guria is experienced through its people, its flavors, and its songs.
It is an invitation to discover Guria through the senses—to hear its voices, breathe its aromas, and experience the warmth of a family keeping its traditions alive for future generations.

Rome sacred and secular. A large cake with layers of artistic delights.
A chaos of history, art, beauty, where time travels are made wherever you look.
Rome full of birds, exotic, refined and popular. Roma Caput Mundi. My wonderful city.

This project is a contemporary visual reinterpretation of the metaphorical conflict found in Ilia Chavchavadze's classic work, The Traveller's Letters, expressed through the medium of a comic. Based on the allegorical opposition between the Tergi River and Mount Mkinvari, the project explores the inner human struggle- the constant fluctuation between movement and stillness.

Tergi embodies an unstoppable, ever-evolving force driven by progress, while Mkinvari represents stagnation, lifeless self-absorption, and the refusal to step beyond one's comfort zone. Chavchavadze's historical satire, irony, and concern for the future of society remain just as relevant today as they were in the nineteenth century.
